Salam 2 all.
Saya agak kehairanan melihat 2 kenyataan pimpinan tertinggi PAS iaitu YAB Dato' Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat, Mursyidul Am PAS dan YB Tuan Guru Hj.
Wassalam.

Nik Aziz mahu PAS-UMNO duduk semeja bincang isu agama
04/02/2010 8:54pm
KOTA BHARU 4 Feb.

Turut hadir Naib Presiden Pas, Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man; Ketua Penerangan Pas, Idris Ahmad; Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Pilihan Raya Pas Pusat, Datuk Abdul Halim Abdul Rahman dan Pesuruhjaya Pas Sarawak, Osman Mustafa.

KASIH SANG BURUNG
Burung betina ini tercedera setelah dilanggar kenderaan.
Temannya si Jantan datang membantu memberi makan
"Akhirnya kau pergi jua"
Si Jantan meratap kesedihan
Si Jantan menjerit menyuruh si Betina bangunSalam 2 all.
Siapa kata haiwan tiada perasaan.
Dimana iman mereka.
Wassalam.

Catatan Si Jurugambar
Emotion is a funny thing. We can feel it, sense it in others, or see it on people’s faces or in their body language. These images and the story they tell are a great example. Some people think animals aren’t capable of the complex emotions ascribed to the bird in these pictures.
These pictures are heartbreaking and I have no doubt that they are real. I’ve been observing birds for years. I’ve seen a crow return to her nest in a tall pine to discover that city tree trimmers destroyed it. I heard her scream in grief - the eeriest and saddest sound I’ve ever heard.
It really makes you wonder about some things. This is a true sign that all mammals have some sort of heart or soul. Mothers care for their young and will even die for them. A prime example of this is the Mockingbird. It will die to protect it’s young and I feel that it has a connection with this. It’s very sad…
Anyone who truly believes that animals dont have emotions doesnt know a thing about animals. They have their rituals and their own cultures and ways of communicating just like people do. They have families and they love. There has been many examples of this behavior. I think that some people need to believe that it is not true in order to feel superior to the animals, when in fact the quality that truly makes us superior is to recognize it and appreciate it and protect the animals vulnerable existance on this earth with.....
the most evil and dangerous animal of all.....MAN-KIND!!!

Salam 2 all.
Enjoy your reading senor.

Another PKR rep 'exposes' Penang MB

Sharanjit Singh and Lee Keng Fatt
GEORGE TOWN: Lim Guan Eng’s position as Penang chief minister is becoming increasingly untenable with another Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) member of parliament, and respected grassroots leader from Penang, openly hitting out at the state’s leader.
Nibong Tebal MP Tan Tee Beng, the latest PKR-elected representative to join the fray against Lim, questioned the latter’s ability to lead the state, stressing that he fully supported Bayan Baru MP Datuk Seri Zahrain Mohamed Hashim’s allegations against the chief minister. Tan claimed that all nine PKR state assemblymen in Penang also shared similar views about the DAP secretary-general. He also spilled the beans on how Lim’s dictatorial ways and vengeful politics were not only causing problems in PKR but had also split the Chinese communityin Penang."He politicises everything. I openly said that he is a CM with no class. "Whatever he cannot do, he blames it on the previous state government.
"Enough of bluffing, he wants to portray himself as a Chinese hero, but one day people will see his true colours," Tan said, adding that the state government had failed to deliver any of its 2008 general election promises.Tan is one of four PKR MPs in Penang. The others are Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (Permatang Pauh), Zahrain (Bayan Baru) and Mohd Yusmadi Mohd Yusoff (Balik Pulau).PKR has nine state seats, DAP 19, Pas one and Barisan Nasional 11.Tan said he wanted to come clean and expose "the real Lim Guan Eng" so the people in Penang would not continue to be fooled by the "outsider from Malacca".He said other PKR and DAP assemblymen were afraid to expose Lim, although they shared his and Zahrain's views."The people around the chief minister are all yes-men. All the PKR assemblymen are feeding me information about Lim and how he is running the state." Tan said Lim had so far not even dared to answer any of Zahrain's damning allegations but instead chose to hide behind Deputy Chief Minister I Mansor Othman. He added that PKR should question whether Lim actually shared the aspirations of others in Pakatan.
"The way Lim is doing things, I think he is only bothered to hold on to Penang. "I don't believe he shares the same goals as we do," he said, citing how Lim and three other DAP state executive councillors who are also MPs: Deputy Chief Minister II Dr P. Ramasamy (Batu Kawan), Chow Kon Yeow (Tanjung) and Ooi Chuan Aun (Jelutong), had missed the last session of Parliament last year when the 2010 Budget was put to vote.
He said their absence had caused Pakatan to miss a golden opportunity to outnumber Barisan Nasional by just three votes."It shows they are not interested (in taking Putrajaya. They just want to hold on to Penang." Tan also blasted Lim for the manner PKR MPs in Penang were being treated compared with how PKR-led Selangor was being run.He said in Selangor, all MPs were given RM150,000 by the state government for their constituencies. However, he said in Penang, none of the PKR MPs received "a single penny" from the state government compared with DAP MPs who were treated differently."In Penang, we (from the PKR) are being treated like the opposition. Sadly, we are facing this kind of dictator in the state government."He is not helping us at all, and most of the time we don't even know about the programmes or projects that are being planned in our constituency," he said.Citing the International Dragon Boat championship held at the Teluk Bahang Dam, Tan said the PKR MP for the area, Yusmadi, was not even invited to attend.Similar disclosures were also made by Zahrain, who revealed that he knew nothing of the Penang International Convention Centre project that had been planned by Lim in Bayan Baru.Tan said he, too, was not spared as he was not appointed the state water supply board director even though he was nominated by the PKR leadership.Asked whether he realised that speaking up against Lim could lead to action being taken against him, Tan said the party leadership was free to do as it pleased."They can call me a traitor, a BN agent, a CIA agent or anything else. I don't care. I want the people to know who they have voted in to lead Penang." Tan said people may question why he was coming out to hit out at Lim instead of going through the proper channels. However, he said the party had failed to do anything about many things, including taking action against several leaders who had tarnished PKR's image."When we speak up and tell the truth, they label us as troublemakers," he said.On whether he was planning to quit PKR to become an independent MP, Tan said he had no such plans yet.

DAP PUNCANYA!!
Salam 2 all.
Kedua-duanya jelas maksudnya. Bahawa DAP lah punca kepada kemelut yang dihadapi Pakatan Rakyat sejak awal lagi sehingga kini!!
Enjoy the reading. Adios amigos. Grasias.

Penang DAP-PKR Squabble'There's something wrong with Pakatan and it spells DAP'
2010/02/06
BELOW are excerpts from the question-and-answer session.
Q: There is allegation that you and three other Parti Keadilan Rakyat MPs will jump party. Is it true?
A: That I do not know. But I believe they will not jump ship to join Barisan Nasional. The root problem is that PKR has been made a "stepchild" by DAP leaders. We have to take swift action to solve this problem. I think the feelings of the two MPs in Penang are similar to that of many other PKR leaders who are still keeping quiet.
Q: Do you think the allegations were initiated to bring down PKR MPs?
A: I think these actions are a form of McCarthyism. In fact, I would say they are exactly the same. Any PKR MPs who make allegations against DAP will be labelled as BN agents and accused of planning to jump ship. So the problem is not solved. This is low-class politics.
Q: Do you agree with allegations by (Bayan Baru MP) Datuk Seri Zahrain Mohamed Hashim, (Nibong Tebal MP) Tan Tee Beng and (Kulim Bandar Baru MP) Zulkifli Noordin against DAP, particularly its secretary-general and Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng?
A: I agree with most of what they are saying. Of course, we must be able to agree to disagree on certain parts. We are living in a democratic society and must, therefore, respect each other's point of view.
Q: What is happening in Pakatan now as disciplinary actions are being instituted against PKR MPs for their allegations against DAP, but at the same time, the leaders are saying no action will be taken against DAP and Lim Guan Eng even if the allegations are proven to be true. What is your stand on this?
A: These types of statements are made by little Napoleons. It will appear that we are subservient to DAP. As far as I am concerned, all allegations should be investigated. Just like the investigations against Zahrain and Tan. The same must also apply to the allegations against the Penang CM. If the allegations are (proven to be) true, I think action must be taken (against Lim). Or at least we must change (on the style of politics).
Q: Are you saying DAP is trying to divert attention to PKR?
A: Have you heard of any explanation in the newspapers (by DAP), saying that this is not true and we will come clean and show proof? None. I was once a DAP leader. I will say this with a very heavy heart... in 1998 I was sacked from DAP on the official charge of "not showing affection" to the party leaders. I was found guilty for speaking up within the party.
I did not even speak to the press. Now, a lot of statements are being made by the little Napoleons that grievances should be aired within the party. But judging from my experience, when you air (your grievances) inside, you might be classified as "not showing affection". And you will be in serious trouble.
Q: So which party is effectively leading Pakatan now? Is it PKR, DAP or Pas?
A: DAP. By the look of things, DAP is leading (Pakatan) because they are immune to anything. PKR is just a "stepchild".
Q: How do you see the position of PKR now, as Parti Rakyat Malaysia (PRM) still exists despite claims by certain quarters that it was dissolved before the merger with Parti Keadilan?
A: I must confess that I was a lawyer for PRM in the case involving Registrar of Societies and (former PRM leaders) Dr Syed Husin Ali and R. Sivarasa when they applied to dissolve PRM. I succeeded in getting them to intervene in the suit in court. Then another lawyer took over and I read in the newspapers recently that the court has declared that PRM is still a valid political party.
So the so-called "merger" was a lie. There was no merger (between Parti Keadilan Nasional and Parti Rakyat Malaysia). I hope PKR will take action and take out the two red lines in our flag because PRM still exists and we must respect it. The red lines are meant to depict PRM. So this must be stopped and clarified to the public that (the merger) was not true.
Q: So are you saying the positions of PKR deputy president Syed Husin, vice-president R. Sivarasa and strategic director Tian Chua are in question now? What should PKR do then?
A: (There is) no doubt about it. They hold their respective positions by virtue of the "merger". PKR should issue a show-cause letter to them and ask them to explain. They must be referred to the disciplinary committee because this is a serious (issue). I would even go as far as to say this is deceptive.
To say that PRM has been dissolved but later it was ruled otherwise by the court (is deceptive). I think this is a more important issue that we have to address because it involves legal entities, and we are just taking other people's name. It seems like we are pretending to be somebody we are not. The former PRM leaders should explain why they lied to the party. I call upon them to explain to the party because I dare not use the term PKR now.
Q: Is it PKR or just Keadilan now?
A: Legally, it is still PKR because they have informed ROS on the change of the name and such but this is not an issue of legality. We are talking about why this was not revealed at the time of the so-called merger. There was no dissolution (of PRM). I was told that some Keadilan leaders were not happy at the time of the "merger".
Q: Why do you think Syed Husin and other former PRM leaders did not address this matter?
A: I can understand that Syed Husin and Sivarasa might feel embarrassed to talk about it and they prefer to sweep it under the carpet. They had argued the case in the court but they did not appeal against the court's decision. Perhaps they are afraid it will arouse public attention. But it has been lingering on many people's minds, as Tan has expressed.
Now that it has come out in the open, we must address this issue. I hope we can be fair in this issue and ex PRM leaders who have misled the public and Keadilan should have taken action against them. All this while they have been asking for action to be taken against other members, except against themselves. They often take the moral high ground and I hope they live up to it now.

KUALA LUMPUR: Parti Keadilan Rakyat's member of parliament for Wangsa Maju, Wee Choo Keong, has strongly denied the accusations levelled against him by DAP's Gelugor MP, Ooi Chuan Aun.
Wee claimed yesterday that Ooi, or popularly known as Jeff Ooi, had dragged him into the ongoing crisis between PKR and DAP by accusing him of being one of four PKR MPs who were crossing over to Barisan Nasional. The accusations by Ooi, who is also Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng's chief of staff, were published in a Chinese daily and subsequently carried by an English daily. "I have been keeping away from the controversies in Pakatan. Whenever I was asked to give comments, I have constantly refused although deep down in my heart, I was in full agreement with my colleagues in PKR."Now that Ooi has dragged me into the controversies, I have no alternative but to respond to his allegations."I like to categorically deny the accusations by Ooi and other little Napoleons within Pakatan Rakyat. I have no intention of joining BN component parties or pro-BN parties," Wee read from a prepared statement at a press conference.
The former DAP stalwart, who was sacked from the party in 1998 for not showing "enough affection" to DAP leaders then, said Ooi's actions were similar to that of US Senator Joseph McCarthy, whose act of deception came to be known as McCarthyism."This style of low-class politics can carry on in DAP for all I care but it must be stopped within Pakatan if we are serious in wanting to see a change of government at the 13th general election."If Ooi thinks that politics of McCarthyism and politics of tagging and labelling will be able to divert public attention away from the present controversies and other internal problems, then I'm sorry for him for making the wrong political judgment," Wee said.He added that he might institute legal action unless Ooi retracted his statement within 48 hours. At a question and answer session following his statement, the prominent lawyer spoke out about the lies, deception and inconsistencies within Pakatan, as well as DAP's uncontrollable "rampage" within the loose coalition.Wee said Pakatan could face a grave situation in the next general election if the internal problems and ongoing controversies were not solved."Public confidence in Pakatan is being diluted by the day due to the ongoing internal spat."DAP in Penang are more interested in trying to sweep these problems under the carpet by accusing others. This is not the way. "If there are problems we must recognise these teething problems and try to solve them."

LAPURAN PALSU
Salam 2 all.
Sekian harap maklum.

POLITIK DURJANA!
Salam 2 all.
Mereka menjerit-jerit minta hak bersuara, hak mempertahankan diri apabila terkena batang hidung mereka.
Wassalam.

PERBICARAAN BERMULA!
Salam 2 all.
Dipihak pembelaan, saya difahamkan mereka mengemukakan pembelaan alibi.
Wassalam.
