LA TAHZAN

And to ALLAH belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and ALLAH has power over all things. Verily, in the creation of heavens and earth, and in the alternation of night and day, there are indeed signs for men of understanding, (that is) those who remembers ALLAH (always, and in prayers) while standing, sitting,, and lying down on their sides, and think deeply about the creation (saying): O ALLAH! You've not created (all) this without purpose, glory to You! (Exalted are You above all that they associate with You as partners or sons). Give us salvation from the torment of the Fire! (Ali-Imran 3: 189-191)
Salam 2 all.

Al-Quran is full of miracles. Apart from being words of ALLAH, it is also medicine for the soul. In time of despair and needs, sorrow or sadness when there is no other place to turn to - we can always turn to Al-Quran.

La Tahzan - dont't be sad!

The following verses are testimony to the psychological wonders of Al-Quran:

1-Why am I tested?

Surat Al-Ankabut: 2-3: “Do people think that they will be left alone because they say; "We believe," and not be tested. And indeed We tested those who were before them. And ALLAH will certainly make it known the truth of those are true, and will certainly make it known the falsehood of those who are liars, althoughALLAH knows all that before puttong them to test.”

2- Why I don't get my wishes?

Surah Al-Baqarah: 216: “Maybe you may dislike what is ordained unto you, and it maybe what you dislike a thing which is good for you, and that you like a thing which is bad for you. ALLAH knows but you do not know.”

3- Why this heavy burden?

Surah Al-Baqarah: 286: “ALLAH burden not a person beyond his scope and ability.”

4- How to overcome the sadness?

Surah Al-Imran: 139: “So do not become weak, nor be sad, and you will be superior in victory if you are indeed true believers.”

5- I could not take it anymore!!!!!

Surah Yusuf: 87: “never give up on ALLAH's Mercy. Certainly no one despairs of ALLAH's Mercy, except the people who disbelieve."

6- How do I face the test of life?

Surah Ali-Imran: 200: “O ye who believe! Endure and be more patient (then your enemy).”

7- So what is the answer?

Surah Al-Baqarah: 45-46: ”And seek help in patience and solah, and truly, it is extremely heavy and hard except for Al-Khashi'un (ie the true believers in ALLAH - those who obey ALLAH with full submissions, fear much of His Warnings (hell),. They are those who are certain that they are going to meet their Lord, and that unto Him they are going to return.”

8- So who is going to help me?

Surah Ali-Imran: 173: “ALLAH alone is sufficient, and He is the best Disposer of affairs for us.”

Please spread this wonders of Al-Quran to all mankind, and see how ALLAH's rewards multiply back to you.

May ALLAH blessed all of us with His Mercy and Guidance.
